One by one we train people.:)

Hi AIESECers in Kielce:),

I want to share with You my last experience. I took part in conference which called Train the Trainer.

It had place in Wawer near Warsaw. I spend four, really incredible days with only twenty four people from different cities, who has different experiences in AIESEC. They were members of EB, OCPs and OCs.

But.. Why it was incredible time??

I had opportunity to learn how to prepare good training, how to provide proper knowledge for participants of trainings, how to present myself as a good trainer… We, it means delegates this conference, we had a lot of exercises, we had to talk before the camera – it was horrible because I hate camerasL…. What is more? During conference we gave feedback each other and we expand our presentations skills, we get to know more about ourselves…

The conference was start with words “One by one we will train the people”,
all delegates finish them with words “ One by one WE TRAIN PEOPLE”. During last day of conference everyone has opportunity to lead own trainings using knowledge which was provided for us. We were assessing during it and we got
a good feedback. The small count of delegates was enough to creating great conference’s atmosphereJ

For me this conference is worthly because of my personal discoverment… I could see in what way good trainer can be a guide for people… how to run training
to cause inspiration among participants. I could see how to engage people to show and develop their excellence… and use new knowledge in practice, how
to involve people to act – “ I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I experience and I understand” I have one conclusion after TtT conference that great trainer is not a teacher but the inspired leader…J I wish to met you great trainers and
I want to encourage you to try such experience ...I hope you are motivate to take new challenges in every day of your life…
